You may browse this website and share links to it. You may not copy, resell or republish its texts, images, videos or designs without our written permission, or use the website in a way that harms it or other visitors.
Enquiries are not orders
Sending an enquiry does not place an order and creates no payment obligation for you or for us. Nothing is sold or paid on this website.
Every project has a written agreement
Before any work starts, free or paid, we agree the scope, timing, price (if any), number of revisions and delivery in a short written agreement. That agreement, together with these terms, governs the project. If the two differ, the agreement applies.
Prices and payment
Prices are quoted in writing for each project. Payment is made by invoice or by a secure payment link sent to you; we never take card details on this website.
Work we create for you
Images, videos, texts and designs we deliver are for your own business use as set out in your agreement. They may not be resold or licensed to others. Our credit (“Created by ProDan Media”) stays on free work unless agreed otherwise. You confirm that any material you send us (photos, logos, texts) is yours to use.
Our content and brands
The ProDan Media name, logo, characters, texts, videos and designs on this website belong to ANYPROYES S.R.L. or are used with permission.
Links to other websites
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, offers or privacy practices.
Results and liability
We do our work with care, but we do not promise specific results such as views, followers, sales or jobs. To the extent the law allows, our liability for a project is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Romanian or EU law.

Complaints and disputes
Write to contact@prodanmedia.com and we will reply within two working days. If we cannot settle it together, consumers can contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) or use alternative dispute resolution (ANPC – SAL). These terms are governed by Romanian law.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. The terms in force when your agreement was signed apply to that project.
