Who is responsible

What you send us
The enquiry form collects your name, email, selected project type and message. A reference, receipt time and your agreement to receive a reply are saved with the request. These details are used to respond to the idea you submitted. The form asks for your agreement before submission; you can withdraw that agreement by email.
Sending an enquiry is optional. Without the required details, the form cannot record your request. Do not include payment details, passwords or sensitive personal information.
Storage and access
Requests are saved in a private area of our hosting account and sent to the studio’s contact mailbox. Our hosting and email services process those details to provide storage and delivery. They are not added to a marketing list by this form.
The form uses a hashed network identifier and submission time to limit repeated requests. Hosting services may also keep standard access and security logs.
Keeping and deleting records
There is currently no automatic expiry configured for saved enquiry records. You can contact us to request deletion of your enquiry and related correspondence, or ask what we hold about you. Records needed to meet a legal obligation may need to be retained.
Your choices and rights
You can request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent, and ask about restriction, objection or a portable copy where applicable. Send your request to contact@prodanmedia.com. You can also contact Romania’s data protection authority, ANSPDCP. The European Commission explains these rights.
Videos, cookies and external links
The enquiry form itself does not set cookies. Videos on the homepage are embedded through youtube-nocookie.com. Loading or playing an embedded video can send browser and network information to YouTube; its handling of that information is governed by its own privacy notice. This website does not promise that embedded services use no cookies or other storage.
Gallery, book and social links may take you to a different website. That website’s privacy and cookie choices apply when you visit it. No card-payment information is collected by the ProDan Media enquiry form.
Advertising
ProDan Media is preparing to use Google AdSense. Google advertisements are not currently served on this website. The advertising space currently promotes our own studio; that house banner does not load an advertising network.
If Google advertising is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on earlier visits to this and other websites. Google advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to personalise ads. Visitors can manage personalised advertising in Google My Ad Center and read Google’s advertising privacy information. Where required, a consent choice will be provided before advertising storage or personalisation is enabled. This notice will be updated when advertising goes live.
