1. Who we are
Social Card is a free tool created by ProDan Media, a brand of ANYPROYES S.R.L., Brăila, Romania (CUI 33611809, J2014000476097). Contact: contact@prodanmedia.com.
2. What the tool does
Social Card lets you make one public page with your name, a short text, a photo, images, links, videos and a QR code. The tool is free during its beta. We may add paid extras later; we will tell you first, and the free card stays free unless you choose otherwise.
3. Your account
You must be 16 or older. Use a real email you control and keep your password private. One card per email.
4. Your content stays yours
You keep all rights to what you put on your card. You give ProDan Media a free, non-exclusive permission to store and show it on your card for as long as the card exists. If you tick "ProDan Media may show my card as an example", you also allow us to show your card in our own presentations and posts; you can untick it at any time.
5. What you may not post
Only post what you own or have permission to use, including permission from anyone shown in your photos. Not allowed: illegal content; hate, harassment or threats; sexual content involving minors in any form; violence; other people's logos, trademarks or artwork without permission; pretending to be someone else; spam, scams or malware links; selling drugs, weapons or other illegal goods and services; anyone's private data (home address, ID or bank details). Artistic nudity (for example in painting, sculpture or photography) is art and is allowed.
6. What you decide
We give you the tools. What you share, and with whom, is your decision and your responsibility. We do not check cards before they go live.
7. Removal
Anyone can report a card from the link at the bottom of it. We review reports and may hide or remove a card that breaks these terms or the law, with or without notice, and report illegal content to the authorities. You can delete your card and all its images at any time from "Edit my card".
8. No guarantee
The tool is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it online but cannot promise it will always be available, or that your card will bring you views, clients or sales. Keep your own copies of your photos and videos.
9. Liability
As far as the law allows, ProDan Media is not liable for indirect losses or for content posted by card owners or on the websites they link to. Card owners are fully responsible for what they post. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above will change and important changes will be shown on the tool. Romanian law applies, and the courts of Romania are competent, without taking away the protection of the law of the country where you live as a consumer.
