Who is responsible

ANYPROYES S.R.L. (ProDan Media), Brăila, Romania, CUI 33611809, is the controller of the personal data used by Social Card. Contact: contact@prodanmedia.com.

What we collect and why

Your account: your email and your password (stored only as a secure hash, never readable by us). Used so you can edit or delete your card. Legal basis: our agreement with you (the Terms).
Your card: the name, text, photo, images, links, videos and optional public email you choose to publish. These are public by your choice. Legal basis: our agreement with you.
Safety and counts: the date and time of actions (card created, viewed, edited) and a one-way coded version of your internet address, never the address itself. Used to stop abuse and to count views. Kept for 90 days. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the tool safe and knowing how it is used.
Featuring: only if you tick the box, we may show your card as an example. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in "Edit my card".

Cookies

We use one cookie, only when you create or edit a card, to keep you logged in. It is needed for the tool to work and ends when you close the browser. With your permission only, we also use the Meta Pixel (by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) to measure whether our ads bring visitors and new cards. It loads only after you press "Accept" in the cookie box and never before; if you press "Decline" nothing is loaded. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser. Legal basis: your consent.

Third parties

Cards are stored on our hosting provider's servers in Romania. The QR code library is loaded from a public content network. If a card has a video, the video platform's player loads only when a visitor presses play. Links on cards go to other websites with their own privacy rules. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Until you delete your card. Deleting it from "Edit my card" removes your card, your images and your account straight away. Safety records are deleted after 90 days.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent, by writing to contact@prodanmedia.com from your account email. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).
